EXAMPLE METHOD

Patient prone, drop table utilized. External Rotation of the Superior Iliac Spine is noted. The Posterior Superior Iliac Spine is the contact on the side of involvement. The doctor uses his / her Superior Palm, Elbow or method that may give the doctor the most stability reducing risk of injury. The leg of the side related to the Pelvis will not be lifted. Leverage in the joint will be created by stabilizing the opposite Pelvis with the doctor’s hip then the doctor uses his / her Superior Hand or Elbow on the lateral wing of the Ilium. The doctor stands on the same side of the patient’s involvement. The table is raised via air-drop release and then with the leverage or end point maintained, the Pelvis is adjusted into its normal position.
